Pyrestes haematicus[9] är en skalbaggsart som beskrevs av Francis Polkinghorne Pascoe 1857. Pyrestes haematicus ingår i släktet Pyrestes och familjen långhorningar.[10][11]

Artens utbredningsområde är Taiwan.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[10]
