Lepidonotus squamatus[1][3][4][7][8][11][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27], eller tolvfjällsmask, är en ringmaskart som först beskrevs av Carl von Linné 1758. Lepidonotus squamatus ingår i släktet Lepidonotus och familjen Polynoidae.[28][29][30] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[30] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[28]
