The Battle of the Sexes (sh. Bitka spolova) je američka nijema filmska komedija snimljena 1928. u režiji D. W. Griffitha. Predstavlja novu verziju njegovog istoimenog filma koji je po žanru bio melodrama. Protagonist nove verzije, čiji lik tumači Jean Hersholt, je sredovječni tajkun koga spretno zavede proračunata ljepotica (čiji lik tumači Phyliss Haver) i natjera da napusti porodicu. Radnja prikazuje kako tajkunova kćer (koju glumi Sally O'Neill) nastoji natjerati oca da se vrati porodici.
