Retikulin oksidaza (EC 1.21.3.3, BBE, berberinski-most enzim, enzim formiranja berberinskog mosta, tetrahidroprotoberberinska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-retikulin:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira metilinski most).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (S)-retikulin + O2 (S)-skoulerin + H2O2
Ovaj enzim sadrži FAD. Enzim iz biljke Eschscholtzia californica kovalentno vezuje kofaktor.
