Polo kinaza (EC 2.7.11.21, Cdc5, Cdc5p, Plk, PLK, Plk1, Plo1, polo serin-treonin kinaza, polo-like kinaza, polo-like kinaza 1, serin/treonin-specifična Drosophila kinaza polo, STK21) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:proteinska fosfotransferaza (spindle-pole-zavisna).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + protein ADP + fosfoprotein
Ovaj enzim vezuje pol vretena tokom mitoze i ima važnu ulogu tokom hromozomne segregacije.
