Hidroliza -Gly-Gly- veza u pentaglicinskoj interpeptidnoj vezi kojom se povezuje stafilokokalni ćelijski zid peptidoglikana

Ova cink-zavisna endopeptidaza je prisutna u Staphylococcus simulans.
