Acetilglutamat kinaza (EC 2.7.2.8, N-acetilglutamatna 5-fosfotransferaza, acetilglutamatna fosfokinaza, N-acetilglutamatna fosfokinaza, N-acetilglutamatna kinaza, N-acetilglutaminska 5-fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:N-acetil-L-glutamat 5-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
