Adair County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Kentucky. Det ligger i de sentrale delene av staten og det grenser mot Taylor County i nord, Casey County i nordøst, Russell County i øst, Cumberland County i sør, Metcalfe County i sørvest og mot Green County i nordvest.
Adair Countys totale areal er 1 068 km² hvorav 14 km² er vann. Fylket hadde 18 903 innbyggere i 2020[2] og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Columbia[1].
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1802[1] og er oppkalt etter guvernør John Adair.
