Chris Kontos (muusikko)

Chris Kontos (s. 25. kesäkuuta 1968, New York City) on amerikkalainen rumpali, joka tunnetaan parhaiten metalliyhtye Machine Headista. Kontos tuli yhtyeeseen alkuperäisrumpali Tony Costanzan tilalle vuonna 1994. Kontos soitti debyyttialbumilla Burn My Eyes ja lähti yhtyeestä vuonna 1995.[1][2] Kontos soitti Machine Headia ennen sekä jälkeen monissa eri bändeissä, mm. Testamentissa, Exoduksessa, Death Angelissa sekä Attitude Adjustmentissa.[3]

Kontos esiintyi ensimmäistä kertaa 24 vuoteen Machine Headin kanssa debyyttialbumi Burn My Eyesin 25-vuotisjuhlakiertueella vuonna 2019 kiertuemuusikon roolissa.[4][5]
