Roelof "Roel" Johan Luynenburg (23 May 1945 – 6 November 2023)[1] was a Dutch rower, who represented his native country twice at the Summer Olympics, starting in 1968. Four years later, he won the bronze medal in the coxless pairs alongside Ruud Stokvis.[2] Luynenburg also won a bronze medal in the coxless fours at the 1966 World Rowing Championships.[3]
Luynenburg died in November 2023, at the age of 78.[4]
