Paxtachi District is a district of Samarqand Region in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at the town Ziyovuddin.[1] It has an area of 1,380 km2 (530 sq mi)[2] and its population is 146,000 (2021 est.).[3]
The district consists of 7 urban-type settlements (Ziyovuddin, Qodirist, Past Burkut, Sanchiqul, Suluvqoʻrgʻon, Urgich, Xumor) and 8 rural communities.[1]
