Obniże [ɔbˈniʐɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Drohiczyn, within Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Drohiczyn, 20 km (12 mi) north-west of Siemiatycze, and 79 km (49 mi) south-west of the regional capital Białystok.

According to the 1921 census, the village was inhabited by 209 people, among whom 196 were Roman Catholic and 13 Mosaic. At the same time, 201 inhabitants declared Polish nationality, 8 Jewish. There were 39 residential buildings in the village.[2]
