Horní Loučky is a municipality and village in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Horní Loučky lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) north-west of Brno and 159 km (99 mi) south-east of Prague.

The first written mention of Horní Loučky is from 1353.[2]
