Forish is a district of Jizzakh Region in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at the town Bogʻdon (Yangiqishloq).[1] It has an area of 9,560 km2 (3,690 sq mi)[2] and ts population is 93,000 (2020 est.).[3]
The district consists of two urban-type settlements (Bogʻdon, Uchquloch) and 10 rural communities (Omonkeldi, Darvoza, Arnasoy, Qoraabdol, Egizbuloq, Qizilqum, Forish, Uxum, Garasha, Osmonsoy).[1]
