53°36′48″N 17°11′5″E / 53.61333°N 17.18472°E / 53.61333; 17.18472Barkowo [barˈkɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Człuchów, within Człuchów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Człuchów and 127 km (79 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. It is located within the historic region of Pomerania.
Barkowo was a royal village of the Polish Crown, administratively located in the Człuchów County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.[2]
